Cancellations within 24 hours of the session results in a loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling by Client:
For rescheduling, provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a 30% fee.

In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule, we aim to notify you 24 hours prior.
Options include a free reschedule or a full refund.

If you miss a session without notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
